Dr. Hector Davila is a pharmacist, Primal Health Coach and owner of Absolution CrossFit and Strength Academy in La Grange, Illinois. He earned his doctorate in pharmacy from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2005, earned a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate in 2014 and Primal Health Coach certification in 2017. Dr. Davila practiced in community pharmacy until June of 2017 when he decided to dedicate his full efforts to improving quality of life through lifestyle education and practices rather than pharmaceutical intervention. In 2014 the opening of Absolution CrossFit was made possible through strategic business partnerships. Witnessing the positive impact on the members’ lives made it clear this was the direction Dr. Davila’s career was headed in. Currently, Dr. Davila works directly with clients to provide education on ancestral health and fitness practices to optimize wellness outcomes through individualized Primal Health Coaching, CrossFit and personal training offerings at his La Grange facility.
